Inspirations
A story about Lyon - France. Located between Saône and Rhône, in the foothills of Croix Rousse, in the wake of Raoul Dufy in full rise, Le Presse Papier maintains the heritage of the Canuts and the Jacquard looms.
In our perennial creations, special collaborations and orders, will always be discerned that part of dreams and love for know-how. Reflecting a cultural past, labeled company of living heritage and art craftsman, Le Presse Papier, thanks to some of its achievements, has also joined the Museum of Wallpaper in Rixheim, and now constitutes a page of French heritage.

Stories to devour… with your eyes. Get closer. Look… Each creation of Le Presse Papier is a unique story, patiently told by a lot of details: an animal or botanical inspiration, an emblematic figure, an atypical and poetic place, an artistic movement, or the spirit of an era.
More than a wallpaper, it is an open book, a colorful score, a visual universe which unfolds, each time inviting daydreaming and imagination. To enchant the senses and the mind, awaken curiosity, create a special atmosphere. An idea. A desire.
But whatever the artistic movement, whether it relates to Bauhaus, abstract, modernism, cubism, classicism or symbolism; Whatever if the patterns adopt the finesse of arabesques or the alternation of a quincunx, they just have to be placed side by side for a signature to be born.
