Hotel Royan - Fuchsia
"Hotel Royan" is an original creation © Le Presse Papier.
Inspiration
With its repetition of more or less thick and irregular staggered lines, "Hotel Royan" echoes the aesthetics deployed in the carpets of the 1930s and a nod to the colourful work of Sonia Delaunay. The motif takes its name from the town of Royan, which was totally destroyed after the Second World War and subsequently became a testing ground for architecture in the 1950s.
