Inspiration
Poetic and wild , ANIMA is a true ode to life and nature as an infinite source of inspiration. This new creation revisits the Toile de Jouy tradition, drawing inspiration from scenes of wildlife. An anniversary design that resonates as a symbolic call to nature and tradition, on the occasion of our ten years in business (2012/2022).
Lions (sketched from the sculpture by Antoine Louis Barye at the Museum of Fine Arts of Lyon), bears, monkeys and elephants unfold before our eyes, in a skillful combination of flora and fauna whose plant motifs intertwine to form a dynamic composition, as if animated by a vital breath… Vibrating with the same soul in a thousand and one forms, ANIMA is an invitation to waking reverie, a call to let ourselves be traversed by these natural impulses that have moved us since the dawn of time.
A nod to humanity's eternal curiosity about living things, the ANIMA echoes great traditions. With this original design, our Lyon-based company proudly proclaims its love for the arts and makes a bold statement!
Available in several shades, to coordinate with the wallpaper of the same name, ANIMA and its animals playfully subvert conventions by appearing in a variety of color palettes. A creation resolutely under the banner of freedom.

High resistance to abrasion, for durable, high-quality furnishing textiles
Our textile products are tested using the Martindale, which assesses a fabric's abrasion resistance over time. This is particularly useful for choosing fabrics that will be frequently used: chair seats, sofa covers, certain cushions, etc. This test is expressed in the number of rotations (the Martindale machine rotates while rubbing the fabric), and as an example, the French furniture standard is 10,000 Martindale rotations for sofa upholstery.
