Inspiration
Poetic and wild ANIMA, a true ode to life and nature as an infinite source of inspiration, this new creation revisits the iconic Toile de Jouy, drawing inspiration from scenes of wild life. An anniversary model that resonates like a symbolic call of nature and traditions, on the occasion of our ten years of existence (2012/2022).
Lions (sketched from the sculpture by Antoine Louis Barye at the Museum of Fine Arts in Lyon ), bears, monkeys and elephants unfold before our eyes, in a skillful combination of flora and fauna whose plant motifs intertwine to forming a dynamic composition, as if animated by a vital breath... Vibrating with the same soul of a thousand and one forms, ANIMA is an invitation to daydream, a call to let yourself be crossed by these natural impulses which have moved us since the dawn of time.
A nod to humans' eternal curiosity about living beings, ANIMA echoes great traditions. With this original model, our Lyon house loudly asserts its love for the arts and displays color!
Available in several shades, to coordinate with the wallpaper of the same name, ANIMA and its animals happily play with codes by coming in different colored registers. A creation resolutely placed under the sign of freedom.

High resistance to abrasion, for durable, high-quality furnishing textiles
Our textile products are tested using the Martindale , which allows us to evaluate the abrasion resistance of a fabric over time. This is particularly useful for choosing a fabric that will be used often: armchair seats, sofa covers,cushions, etc. This test is expressed in number of revolutions (the Martindale machine rotates while rubbing the fabric), and for example, the French furniture standard is 10,000 Martindale revolutions for sofa coverings.
