Collection of the Museum of Decorative Arts - Paris
The Museum of Decorative Arts – MAD is invited to join our Collections.
Our privileged relationship with this institution and its teams, our combined knowledge and passion, allow us to draw with precision and joy from their rich collections which cover a period from the 17th century to the present day.
After many months of work in close collaboration with the Wallpaper Department, we extracted, restored and reworked several models from pivotal periods in the history of Decorative Arts, deliberately moving away from the obvious, seeking surprise for the eye, plunging into the thick bundles carefully preserved from the ravages of time.
It is in a spirit of reviving tradition, the one that inhabits us as creators, publishers and manufacturers of wallpaper and furnishing fabrics, and with a demanding and fierce desire to keep the heritage of Decorative Arts alive, that we are initiating this exciting collaboration by offering here a first selection of archives restored and revisited by us.
