Freshness and lightness of plant motifs

Entirely made by hand using gouache, the wallpapers of this collection feature vibrant patterns in acidulous shades. The naive vernal shades of Boléro model bring lightness and freshness while Badamier and Sugar Apple models, more complex and graphic, deals with contrasts between colored areas and subtle line patterns. For all these models, color is used for its expressive qualities reminding of the work of the Nabis.

Cézanne's spirit, but also Vuillard, seem to show through the motifs of this truly authentic collection: simplification of forms, patinas, swath of colours and a deliberately left aside perpective.

Wallpapers with character, certainly, that only the daring would take.
